1 T sugar
1/3 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 t salt
3 eggs beaten
5 c flour
In small bowl, stir yeast, water and 1 T sugar. Set aside
Melt 1/2 c. butter in 1/2 c. milk. Add additional 1/2 c. milk and let sit until it's room temp. Once it's cool, add yeast mixture and then egg mixture. Stir in flour, one cup at a time. Let rise until double or refrigerate overnight.
Roll out into a circle {thin}. Spread generously with butter. Cut into wedges and roll up. Let rise 3-4 hours. Bake 10 minutes at 350.
{syd's notes}- Very easy and can't mess up. I've yet to master the circle so that my rolls aren't all the same size but still, they are good!
